Siltbuster is looking for enthusiastic Engineering, Science or Environmental Graduates to join our dynamic, growing, and supportive team on a permanent basis.
As a Siltbuster Graduate, you will be (initially) based at our Monmouth Head Office / Centre of Excellence where you will spend time with each department (Technical, Sales, Design [Mechanical or Electrical], R&D, Projects and Ops) to help develop and understand each facet of the business. Working closely with your assigned mentor, you will then be given the chance to specialise within your chosen field / department; where you will be provided with the opportunity to further develop and refine your skills and experience accordingly.
At Siltbuster, you will build on the skills and knowledge developed during your degree – adding industry specific experience and capabilities. We ensure you have the right support and experience to thrive in your role, and progress at a pace that is most appropriate for you.
